This course is for virtual assistants who want to run projects properly – either as a paid service for clients or to keep their own workload organised. It teaches Trello from a blank account through to a working board that a team can actually use.

You will set up an account and workspace, create a board with sensible visibility settings, build lists that mirror a real workflow, and turn a plain card into a complete brief with a description, checklist, assigned member, label, due date and email reminder. You will also learn how work moves across the board, how to invite people by email, and how to track tasks that repeat on the same day every week.

By the end you will be able to build a project board from scratch, hand tasks to other people without extra explaining, and find your way around any client board you are added to, even when it is laid out differently from your own.

Content review due: October 2027. This course covers tools or features that change over time (It depends on Trello’s current interface and account specifics – the 14-day trial, the Share and Inbox elements, visibility wording and reminder intervals – any of which could be renamed or changed be). Check it still matches the current product before renewing it.
