This course is for VAConnect virtual assistants who need a simple, reliable way to record how long client work actually takes. It is built entirely on a beginner tutorial for Toggl Track’s free web version, so everything you learn here you can apply the same day, at no cost.

You will cover why time tracking matters for productivity, how to sign up and understand the free plan’s limits, how to structure your account with workspaces, clients, projects and tags, how to run the timer (including continuing, grouping, duplicating and manually entering time), and how to pull reports and insights. You will also see where team invitations, tags, settings, integrations and the subscription page live.

By the end, you can set up a Toggl Track account from scratch, track every task against the right client and project, correct or add entries after the fact, and generate a basic report that shows exactly where your hours went.
