Passing the Virtual Assistant Job Interview
This course is for virtual assistants who have a job or client interview coming up and want to walk in fully prepared rather than hoping to improvise. It is built entirely on Richard McMunn’s PassMyInterview tutorial on virtual assistant interview questions and answers, and it works whether you are applying to an agency, a placement or a direct client.
You will work through the six questions the source recommends you prepare for: Tell me about yourself, Why do you want to be a virtual assistant, What are the most important skills and qualities needed to be a VA, How does your past work experience help you, How would you deal with a difficult client, and What is the most challenging part of being a VA. For each one you get the reasoning behind the question, the tips the source gives for answering it, and a breakdown of the model answer so you can see why it scores well.
By the end you will have your own answer bank, a repeatable structure for building evidence-based answers, and a rehearsal and interview-day checklist. You will be able to show an interviewer that you understand the VA job description, that you can prove your claims with examples, and that you set professional boundaries with clients.
