Negotiation Tactics for Virtual Assistants
This course is for practising virtual assistants who negotiate rates, scope, deadlines, supplier prices and client expectations – whether on your own behalf or on a client’s. It unpacks ten negotiation tactics explained in the source video and shows you how each one works on the human brain, when to use it and when it backfires.
You will work through anchoring, mirroring, tactical silence, the flinch, good cop / bad cop, the door in the face, BATNA, the nibble, the ultimatum and trading rather than giving. Each lesson gives you the mechanics, the exact wording to use, the warning signs that the tactic is being used on you, and a short practice routine you can run in your next real conversation.
By the end you will be able to open a negotiation with a credible anchor, draw out information without arguing, protect your position by building real alternatives, trade every concession instead of donating it, and close on slightly better terms than you started with.
