This course is for virtual assistants who want one reliable system for files, email, scheduling, documents and client data instead of scattered tools. It follows a practical walk-through of Google Workspace (also called “Google Suite”) and shows you what each app is for and how the apps feed into one another.

You will work through the app launcher, Google Drive as your cloud filing cabinet, Gmail for client communication, Calendar, Meet and Maps for scheduling and travel support, Docs, Sheets and Slides for client deliverables, link sharing and permission levels, and Google Forms plus Google Translate for gathering responses and working across languages.

By the end you will be able to set up and navigate your own Workspace, create and organise client files, schedule an event with a video call attached, build a spreadsheet and a form, link form responses to a sheet, and share any file with exactly the access level you intended – no more, no less.

Content review due: September 2027. This course covers tools or features that change over time (The course depends on the current Google Workspace interface – button names such as Create, New and Publish, the Docs tabs feature, the sharing panel wording and Forms’ responder and editor access opt). Check it still matches the current product before renewing it.
