GoHighLevel Essentials: A Beginner’s Guide for VAs

This course is for practising virtual assistants who have been asked to work inside GoHighLevel (often called “High Level”) for a client, or who want to add an all-in-one CRM and marketing platform to their skill set. It assumes no prior experience with the software.

It follows a complete beginner walkthrough of the platform: what GoHighLevel is and what it replaces, the difference between the Starter and Unlimited plans, how agency accounts and sub-accounts fit together, the Launchpad setup steps, and then the working areas you will use daily – Conversations, Calendars, Contacts, Opportunities, Payments, Marketing, Automation, Sites, Memberships, Reputation and the App Marketplace.

By the end you will be able to navigate a client sub-account with confidence, set up calendars and pipelines, read a contact record, explain what a workflow trigger and action do, and follow a hands-on practice plan so the platform actually clicks for you rather than staying theory.
