Canva Essentials for VAs: Design, Edit and Share
This course is for virtual assistants who are asked to produce presentations, social graphics and simple branded documents for clients, and who want to work in Canva confidently instead of poking at menus. It assumes no design background, only a Canva account and a client brief.
You will learn how to find the right template and canvas size, customise text and pages without wrecking existing work, build layouts with elements, guides and the brand area, speed up with uploads, layers, frames and keyboard shortcuts, and finish the job by sharing or exporting the file in the format the client actually needs.
By the end you will be able to take a client request from a blank homepage to a delivered PDF, PowerPoint or shareable link, and explain which sharing option protects your original file.
Content review due: October 2027. This course covers tools or features that change over time (It depends on Canva’s current panel names, menu paths and free-versus-paid feature split, which would be the first things to change). Check it still matches the current product before renewing it.
